By granting access to specific users or groups, you manage who within a Spot can add, edit, or organize content, as well as who can add more users or groups to the Spot.
Spot Sharing Settings
- Navigate to your Spot.
- At the top right corner, click Actions (...) > Settings.
- On the left-hand side menu, select Sharing.
On this page, you’ll see all existing users or groups who have access to this spot.
User roles in Spots
You can allocate the following role permissions when you add users or groups.
- Owner : The user who fully controls the spot, typically who originally created the spot. There can be only one owner per spot.
- Co-Owner : Users who have been given full control over the spot, but did not originally create the spot. Co-owners can take ownership of a spot.
- Editor : Users who can add, edit, and remove content and users within the spot.
- Viewer : Users who can view and interact with the spot, but cannot add or organize content or users. This role is typically used for spots that are not public. If a spot is public, it can be viewed by everyone.
